Hands-on sessions that use flowers to slow things down. Drawing on ikebana, Zen philosophy and creative practice, my workshops make space to notice, create and come back to yourself, whether that’s a wellbeing day, a team day or a care setting.

Get your hands in it.

Smiling guests surrounded by alliums and delphiniums at a floristry workshop

Ikebana, Zen and a table of flowers: an hour to slow down.

Good to know.

What is mindful floristry?

A hands-on flower workshop that mixes floristry, ikebana and mindfulness. The focus is on slowing down and noticing what you're drawn to, not on making a perfect arrangement.

Do I need any experience?

None. I guide everyone through it, and everybody leaves with their own seasonal arrangement.

Who are the workshops for?

Workplaces and team days, wellbeing days, private groups, community groups and care settings. I've run them at Liverpool Women's Hospital.

Is it therapy?

No. It's a chance to slow down and look closely, with flowers as the anchor.

Where do you run workshops?

For groups across Glossop, the High Peak, Greater Manchester, Derbyshire and the North West. Tell me where you are and how many people, and I'll plan the session around you.

Tell me about your team, your group or the feeling you're after. No brief needed.
