PORTFOLIO

Gardens I’ve designed, floral installations, wedding flowers, and work I’ve freelanced on for other studios. From an RHS show garden to a Halloween installation at Haddon Hall, each one is a story told with plants and flowers.
Featured work · RHS Sandringham 2026 · Silver-Gilt
My first solo show garden: a long border at RHS Sandringham on how tending plants can restore balance, clarity and connection, especially for neurodivergent minds. Cool blues, lilacs, silvers and soft golds, with a reflective pool and a stone seat for slower looking.
Community · Gamesley · Stewardship
Following RHS Sandringham, much of the planting from Between Chaos & Order was rehomed at Gamesley Community Centre in Glossop. The project gave the plants a second life, turning a temporary show garden into a permanent space for the local community.
Floral storytelling · Distant Hills Brewery, Glossop · October 2026
A floral installation for Match Made in Business at Distant Hills Brewery. A forgotten urn, a yeast left too long, and a colony spreading through a building of timber and steel. Seven pieces, each after a real fungus, with a field guide to all of them.
Freelance · with Frog Flowers · 2026
Frog Flowers’ Halloween installation for Haddon Hall’s Little School of Sorcery: a lantern tree, an enchanted forest and a cabinet of curiosities. Frog designed it; I was a freelance florist on the team.
Wellbeing · Liverpool Women’s · Workshop
A mindful floristry workshop created with Liverpool Women’s Hospital, using flowers as a gentle tool for creativity, grounding and reflection. Drawing on ikebana, Zen philosophy and Western floristry, the session encouraged participants to explore natural materials without the pressure of creating something perfect.
Floristry · Manchester · 2026
Contemporary floristry training at Frog Flower School in Manchester in 2026. Composition, colour, form and plenty of experimenting, from table styling and flower crowns to full installations.
Garden design · Derby College · Matlock · 2026
A college brief for a real garden: my design for the view from the tea room at Cascades Gardens, a Japanese-inspired garden near Matlock. Stepping stones, a stone bridge and a slower stream, drawn by hand.
Floristry · Ikebana · Ongoing practice
Studying the Japanese art of living flowers with my mentor, Junko, and what it teaches me about my garden design practice. Fewer stems, more said, and a film about her life and practice, part one out at the end of October.
